Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Visora LLC, doing business as Visora Gaming Services ("VGS"), for visoravgs.com, VGS accounts, VGS games and the store. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password and recovery code safe and for what happens on your account. Pick a player name that isn't offensive or impersonating anyone; we may change names that are. One person may not use an account to harass, cheat or disrupt others.

Games and items

Our games are free to play. Items you buy are a license to use that content in the game with your account. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and may change as the game is updated. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep purchased items available while the game is offered.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout and charged in US dollars through Stripe. If something goes wrong with an order, email team@visoravgs.com. Refunded or charged-back purchases are removed from your account.

Conduct

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, attack our services, or harass other players. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Availability

Games and online services are provided "as is". We work to keep them running but can't promise they'll always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continuing to use our games after a change means you accept it.
