Privacy Policy

Visora Gaming Services ("VGS", "we", "us") is a brand of Visora LLC, a Washington limited liability company. This policy covers visoravgs.com, VGS accounts and the VGS games that use them.

What we collect

• Account details: your username, player name, and a salted hash of your password and recovery code. We never store your password itself.
• Game data: friends, group chat messages, lobbies, leaderboard scores, stats, achievements, cloud saves of your game progress (for example TweakerVille LITE), and the items your account owns.
• Purchases: what you bought, the amount, and the order status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we don't receive or store your card number. Stripe's handling of your payment details is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse (for example, too many sign-in attempts) and appears in short-lived service logs.

We don't ask for your real name, email address or date of birth to create an account.

How we use it

To run your account and games: sign-in, multiplayer, friends and chat, leaderboards, achievements, delivering items you buy, preventing abuse, and support. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

What others can see

Your player name, friend code, online status and leaderboard scores are visible to other players. Group chat messages are visible to members of that chat.

Cookies and storage

visoravgs.com uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your player name for the menu. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Service providers

We host on Cloudflare and process payments with Stripe. They process data on our behalf to provide those services.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep account data while your account exists. Purchase records may be kept as long as needed for tax and accounting. To delete your account, email team@visoravgs.com with your username.

Children

VGS games are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
